- On screen. Reports with the year picker set to 2026. The totals. "Business 11,842 mi · Commuting 0 mi · Other 3,410 mi · Business use 77.6%". Below, "Standard mileage rate · Jan–Jun at 72.5¢ · Jul–Dec at 76¢ · $8,846.12", then "Parking and tolls · $214.00". The Export button is tapped and "Accountant package" is chosen. The share sheet opens and Mail is selected, showing "Miles 2026 Sam.zip" attached.

Scene 4. What the accountant sees (0:36–0:50)
- On screen. Back in the share sheet, the "Mileage log 2026.pdf" preview is opened. The first page shows the Publication 463 Table 5-2 layout with Sam's name at the top, the columns Date, Destination, Business purpose, Odometer start, Odometer stop, Miles, Expense type, Amount, and weekly totals. Review note. An in-app preview of the exported PDF before sharing is a product decision if the export flow does not already expose one.
- Narration. "The log follows the layout the IRS gives in Publication 463, so an accountant knows it on sight."
