Billing and refunds

Iterator, Inc. makes digital software. Our products are delivered electronically, with no physical shipping. Product websites state availability, system requirements, and pricing. Screen Recording licenses are delivered by email. Miles purchases are handled through the App Store.

Direct purchases

To request a refund for a purchase made directly from Iterator, email humans@itrtr.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchase email address and order reference. We may decline refunds for repeat purchases or requests we reasonably believe are abusive. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

App Store purchases

Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for Miles. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Request an App Store refund through Apple's refund service under its terms.
